Pros:
The light is slightly brighter than my older Streamlight TLR-1 at 90 lumens. Laser shows up in a bright room but the diameter of the red dot could be wider.

CONS: The rail clamp and most of the device is PLASTIC.

UPDATE: 11.16.2009 - Mounted to a .45 cal pistol. Shot a few magazines using it. Mounting bracket cracked and laser/light flew off the pistol. Damaged beyond repair. I had this device mounted to a 9mm pistol and it worked ok. This is the first time I shot more than a couple of magazines with it mounted to a .45ACP. This device is not strong enough for anything with strong recoil. Would be deadly in a high-risk situation.

This was a good buy. The light is blindingly bright, and the adjustments and settings are easy to live with. Using it on my SR9 and love it. The only reason it's 4 stars instead of 5 is that it could be a little less bulky. I would still recommend this to anyone, and anyone that has tried it at the range is impressed.

we purchased three units for our tactical rifles. very high light output on the flashlight, sharp laser dot. comes with two cable switches (short and long coiled). rail mount fits great, screws are secured so you can't lose them in the field. recommended item ! A+

This is a great light/lazer for your rail mount pistol. I own a Ruger SR9 9mm and a Beretta Px4 .45, and it fits both fine. The brightness of the LED light is good, and the laser can be adjusted to line up with your sights. The only reason this does not get 5 stars is because it is large, and even with a belt holster made to allow for a rail mount light, it won't fit. The LED flashlight sticks out past the end of the barrel more than an inch, and most holsters made for this application, don't allow for this.
Comparable LED w/ laser systems I have seen selling for $350, so, with the price at $80, it's hard to complain.

For the money this tactical light/laser works very well for the price you pay,i would recomend this to anyone looking for a tactical light/ laser.The laser beam is adjustable for windage and elevation with a small allen wrench that is included,but i wished the light was a little brighter but works just fine.
